NEW USERS / RETURNING USERS

This is for new students who are applying to the institution for the first time or wish to update their unsubmitted application before final submission to Polk State College. Follow the Admission Steps when you complete your application.
This is for students who have not attended for more than a year or students who have a Polk State College ID from another program such as dual enrollment, Corporate College, or a previous application even though the student did not attend.

TRANSIENT STUDENTS

If you are an incoming transient student to Polk State College, complete a transient form on the Florida Virtual Campus. Do Not complete a Polk State application. If your school does not participate in the Florida Virtual Campus, you will need to complete this application and provide a transient letter from your institution to Polk State College.
